Nabphage Improved phage display

Phage display, a 60-year-old technology for antibody screening, expresses antibodies on phage surface proteins such as pIII and pVIII. pVIII is most widely used with about 3,000 copies to boost signals. It offers a large library capacity of 1E10–1E11. Using E. coli expression, it features simple operation and short cycles.
