NBLST StaMimic® platform adopts a proprietary transient transfection technology to achieve uniform gene expression levels within a short timeframe, mimicking the expression profile of stable cell lines. In addition, the platform enables flexible tuning of gene expression intensity. StaMimic® Platform: Transient transfection to mimic stable cell lines

NBLST self-developed StaMimic®technology, combined with a special plasmid system, can achieve a real-time simulation of the expression profile of stable cell lines through transient transfection. It offers high transfection efficiency, uniform protein expression, and flexible expression level adjustments. This reduces the cost and development cycle of antibody testing.

NBLST tested CLDN6 gene expression in multiple cell lines, including 293T and K562 cells. Experimental results demonstrate that StaMimic® can effectively replicate the homogeneous expression profile of stable cell lines while maintaining correct biological structures. Additionally, it enables tunable target gene expression levels to fit diverse testing scenarios.



StaMimic® achieves excellent transfection homogeneity in both 293T and K562 cells, with phenotypes highly consistent with stable cell lines. Moreover, its expression levels exhibit favorable linear correlation.
